YOTEL New York Times Square

I had the most amazing view of the city. The room was modern and pretty unique. The shower is basically in the middle of the room! The bed was comfortable! The lobby, hallways, restaurant and bar were really nice! Would for sure recommend staying here and I will stay again!

We loved the location and staff. The bed was very comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again. The cabaret, bar, and restaurant downstairs are great. The clientele is also nice, tending towards couples and international travelers who are friendly. This doesn't feel like a hotel for young children.

It is a fantastic location 10th Av, I couldn't wish better. Just about 10 minutes (I'm turtle) walking distance from Subway at Port Authority Bus Station and 42 Street. Rooms are not the biggest but not the smallest either. The bed was comfortable and big enough. AC is working as it should and the City view was great. The hotel offers luggage storage for $3/per item and can hold it up to 22:00 or 22:30 (can't remember the exact hr) but is enough if your flight is in the evening and you want to be hands-free for the afternoon.

Although the communal areas of hotel looked very nice the actual room was a bit shabby. Very clean though. No water dispensers in my floor so had to go to next floor everytime I needed water. The ice function on the available water machine didn’t work. The batteries in tv remote didn’t work and shower handle came off in my hand first time tried to use it. Staff were very helpful & prompt at fixing shower & replacing batteries. Very comfortable bed. Great location for everything. Overall I’d expect a bit more for what I paid. I’d class this as a budget hotel. All staff super friendly & helpful.
