Funky decor and cool mood lighting ,movable bed from sleeping position to sit up position cleanliness , location . Reception staff were lovely, especially Dan View from our 23rd floor room was amazing

It is a fantastic location 10th Av, I couldn't wish better. Just about 10 minutes (I'm turtle) walking distance from Subway at Port Authority Bus Station and 42 Street. Rooms are not the biggest but not the smallest either. The bed was comfortable and big enough. AC is working as it should and the City view was great. The hotel offers luggage storage for $3/per item and can hold it up to 22:00 or 22:30 (can't remember the exact hr) but is enough if your flight is in the evening and you want to be hands-free for the afternoon.

YOTEL Hell’s Kitchen in NYC offers a comfortable stay with modern, space-efficient rooms. The bed is exceptionally cozy, perfect for a restful night after exploring the city, and the shower is refreshing, providing a spa-like experience. Despite being in the city's heart, the hotel manages to block out most of the city noise, making it a peaceful retreat in a busy area. The sleek, high-tech amenities add to the overall relaxing vibe of the stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel now 4 times. It’s convient for one, and the staff are super nice. I specifically want to shout out the cleaning staff assigned to my floor Claudia, I was in 2617. She was so kind, respectful… even when she knocked on the door to see if I needed anything it was done in a way to make sure it didn’t bother me. I introduced myself to her and it became an endearing relationship. My grandmother is a maid and I respect the hell outta what they do. Please give Claudia her flowers! She deserves them and then some! I also have grown to be fond of all the security and staff that sits in the front of the property. And those who sit at the reservation desk. It’s nice to go places and have people remember your face and name!
